Job Position: Spray Painter
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
TSS 482 Visa/Transfer of nomination available for outstanding candidates
Role Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate PPE is worn at all times.
- Report any safety incidents or near misses to the Production Manager or Centre Manager immediately.
- Clock on and off each day to reflect attendance and ensure engagement in a job or task.
- Colour mix and match vehicles as scheduled for painting, entering job numbers into the paint mixing system.
- Build and maintain a colour library if appointed as Colour Librarian.
- Prep, prime, paint, buff, and denib vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements and paint supplier’s process.
- Handle vehicles with due care and attention.
- Use consumables and materials appropriately to avoid wastage.
- Perform minor/small repairs as per Job Sheet, noting broken parts or extra repairs for the Estimator.
- Ensure work complies with QA standards, signing the QA Sheet to confirm.
- Maintain a clean workbay/workshop.
- Handle company tools and equipment carefully, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and operational.
- Coach apprentices if assigned.
- Undertake all lawful and reasonable requests by management.

Salary Ranges:
- Junior Mid Experienced Tradesperson: $60,000 to $80,000
- Mid Senior Tradesperson: $80,000 to $100,000
